Devs,
I have given you almost a month to reply to an issue that you created and you have opted to ignore your users. I have uninstalled your product and moving forward, I will not recommend your product due to very poor support and interactions with your customers. On another product note, please fix your uninstaller as it does not work with the standard uninstall button in Windows under Programs and Features. You have to click change. I'm not sure what has happened to your quality control and customer support, but right now, it's one of the worst I've seen in a long time. Enjoy the barrage of customer complaints that you have created by not engaging your community, making knee jerk changes to your product, and listing features in your products that are not there. |
